Flash Fiction Friday!

Her hands smelled of chalk she thought as she erased the board.
That was definitely not one of the perks to teaching Community College at night.

"Ms. Gray, can I talk to you for a moment?" he asked quietly.
Turning around she gazed on the oldest student in the class.
She was more then a bit surprised that it was he standing in front of her.

"Of course, what can I do for you?" she asked sitting down in her chair,
crossing her left leg over her right and leaning back.

"Since the semester is almost over and you will no longer be my professor,"
the smile spread across his face as he glanced down at her crossed legs.
"I'd like to ask you out to dinner."

She smiled, this however was one of the perks.

Thank you Panserbjorne for this week's Flash Fiction Challenge of 128- 138  words about the above picture which was suggested by Dangerouslilly.
Please check out the other people who love to word count this Friday!

  1. Awwww! Now isn't that sweet. It gave me warm fuzzies just reading this. Romantic but hinting at naughtiness to come.

    Thanks for playing this week!
