Flash Fiction Friday!



He watched as she stared at the painting leaning against the wall. 
"She looks to be on fire," she spoke quietly.
"She is."

He pushed the dress off her shoulders, letting it pool around her feet. Slowly he brushed his thumb against her bottom lip before sliding his hand down the side of her neck. He guided her back to face the wall, next to the painting and left her standing there. 

Within a few moments she felt the smoothness of the brush down her back 
followed by a chill as the air hit the wet paint.
